1. Orders Managed by Lomani (Exclusive UAE Distributor)
All orders made on perfume.uae are fulfilled directly by Lomani. We do not use any third-party sellers or platforms. All sales are final, except in the case of defective or incorrect items.
2. Return Eligibility
If your item arrives damaged or is not the product you ordered, you must notify us within 72 hours of receiving the delivery. No claims will be accepted after this period.
3. Return Process
Once your claim is accepted, our delivery team will schedule a pickup of the item within the following 72 hours. You must ensure the item is in its original packaging and unused.
4. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued in cash at the time of pickup or via another method agreed upon during the return process. In some cases, store credit may be offered as an alternative.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery due to misuse are not eligible for return or refund. Please inspect your product upon delivery before use.
6. Changes to the Policy
We reserve the right to update this return policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on the website. Continued use of the site confirms your acceptance of the updated terms.
